Blue Water Bubbles

Blue Water Bubbles! This is our new tutorial submission according to your requests. You can also use this tutorial for eg. to create a nice banner ad for a washing machine company! Anyways, enjoy it!
   


  First of all we need to come up with a canvas size:
   
  Then let`s start to draw the bubble:
   

Create a new layer and fill the selection with: #336f9b



Then duplicate bubble:



Now you`ll have:
  Then open the Blending Options dialog box. Right-click on the duplicated layer and select
Blending Options > Color Overlay and select as a color: #FFFFFF (White)
   

I chose this action to contract the white circle irregularly.
  Ok, now we need to make some tricks: let`s add a border to it
and give it some transparency
    First, change the white to a lighter blue, for eg. #b8d0e1. Right-click > Blending Options > Color Overlay
and set the white to #b8d0e1
  Next we set the transperency to the first layer we made, the dark blue bubble. Make it: 55%
   
  Now let`s add a border to the bubble. How we do that? Simple:
    Select the first layer using Ctrl+Click, make a new layer, expand the selection with 4px
Select > Modify > Expand and fill it with: #336f9b. Make sure the new layer is under all layers.

  Now we have a problem because of the transparency, the color behind is too strong.
What we do: after we filled the dark blue, keep the selection and contrast it with 4 px
How you do that? Select > Modify > Contract
   
  Next we need to add a sparkle to the bubble. Using Path: Windows > Paths
   

Then Select the Pencil tool and draw a sparkle:




And then fill it with white color: (you can also use Alt+Del to fill a layer or selection) and then
you can also set a transparency of 58%



You can duplicate them and have a picture like this:
